A sport lover: running, cycling, hiking, kayaking. Representing  Albania in european and national Track and Field championships for 10 years in the row. After finishing my degree in 'Movement Science' I decided to follow my dream to be a coach, to help people to get fit.

GROUP TRAINING

A group training  means 3-4 people max training at the same time. Depending on your performace a group of exercise will be decided for you. Sometimes working out in a group for some people it is more easy. 

PERSONAL TRAINING

It is very important to choose your right method about training. Either you wanna loose weight or get in shape you need a detailed program.

After deciding your program it is very important also to control your nutrition, advises will be given by your personal trainer.

You can choose your time and place of training.
